At The Village, you’ll have a huge leather sofa (over 7 feet long!) where you can kick back and channel surf on your 32” flat panel. We were the first to make this offer, which is why we’re the premier community in the area…don’t be fooled, the other folks just follow us!
- But we don’t stop there, you’ll have a coffee table and end table, dinette table and chairs, comfy full-size bed and awesome roomy dressers.
- Only The Village gives you these luxuries! You can go anywhere and get “student housing” but only at The Village, you get the ULTIMATE in student housing!
Recessed Power Outlet in Living Room to Wall Mount Flat Panel TV
- So let’s say you have your own flat panel TV…I mean, everyone does these days right? Well mounting it to the wall would be pretty cool right? At The Village we give you that option and not only that, but we’ve provided the recessed power outlet and cable jack to make it easy! So go on, watch in style…all the cool people are doing it…and only The Village makes it happen.
Oversized and Walk-in Closets
- You’ve got clothes and other stuff—we get that. That’s why The Village gives you room to put it all! Our closets are not your typical holes in the wall with doors. Our closets are big! If you can’t fit your stuff in one of our closets, it might be time to cut up the credit card.
Private Bathrooms
- Some people’s mothers taught them how to share; not ours. That’s why at The Village we like private bathrooms. And we know you’ll like them too! But don’t worry, all those showers going when everyone gets up isn’t a problem at The Village because we’re the only apartment community to offer huge water heaters! It may not sound like a big deal now, but when winter rolls around you’ll be glad you get to have a hot shower too.
Washer-Dryer in ALL Apartments and Townhouses
- Ok, ok, we know what you’re thinking; all this and I don’t have to drag my laundry home or out in the cold? We know, it sounds crazy, but at The Village, we really built our community around you! So c’mon, wash your clothes…your roommates will really appreciate it.
Upscale Appliances
- Speaking of appliances, aren’t you tired of all those white-washed apartments with their sterile-looking kitchens? We were. That’s why when it came time to buy appliances for you we decided to spend a little more and provide cool, sleek, black appliances. Oh, and they save energy too!
- Our dishwashers are even Energy Star, so while you’re thinking, “wow, these look cool”, we’re thinking, “wow, this little thing makes a great step in helping our environment…and they look nice too.”
- Our refrigerators come with icemakers so you’ll never have to fill those little plastic trays. Your kitchen sink includes a garbage disposal. Just to make your life easier!
Nine-foot ceilings
- Nine foot ceilings! You’ll definitely notice the difference between The Village and all those other places as soon as you walk in and see our huge floorplans. Nine-foot ceilings really make you feel like you’re in a great big space! You need more space, so get over here and sign that lease!

- Hate paying high electric bills? We do too, which is why we gave you ceiling fans in your bedrooms and living rooms. Why pay for the AC to cool the entire place when all you want is a little breeze? Ceiling fans in your living room and bedrooms…just another reason to live at The Village!

- To say you’re living in style at The Village is one thing, to actually provide it is quite another and with the cool pendant lighting hanging over your awesome kitchen bar, your friends will definitely make your place the place to be!
Huge Decks and Patios
- Have you ever just sat on your deck and spent time talking with your neighbors or friends? Of course you haven’t, because before The Village came along you had these tiny little overhangs that meant you and maybe one other person could sit comfortably. The Village provides HUGE decks and patios and not just on the back of your apartment, but on our townhouse floorplans we put them on the front too! Finally, a place where you and several of your friends can get together and hang out.
Utilities Included
- We provide utilities with no strings attached. You don’t pay for water, sewer, trash, cable, high-speed internet or parking; We pay them for you…’cause we’re cool like that. Our cable package is also not too shabby.
- And while other places say parking is free and sell it to you like it’s some big deal; so is ours but one more thing …we have a shuttle bus that is privately run by only The Village. Oh, yeah, we have a shuttle; so after you park for free at The Village, you’ll ride for free to campus and not have to park at all, which I guess is also free. A quick little ride and you’re there. Oh, it feels so good to have the best community around!
Close to Campus!
- Sure you can pay twice the price and walk to campus. Or you can save a ton of money and live at The Village and ride our private shuttle. Either way, you’re only minutes from class.
By-the-bedroom Leases
- Yeah, we do that too. You choose…individual or joint lease. Come in to our leasing office and rent a bed or the whole thing; you really can’t go wrong at The Village!
Roommate Matching
- Don’t want a one-bedroom but don’t have all your roommates picked out yet? No problem! Come on down to The Village and we’ll hook you up.
Community Events
- The Village is planning to have some great events in our awesome clubhouse. Check out for yourself in person or online under virtual tour of the clubhouse under on the home page.
On-site Maintenance
- The Village has the best maintenance team around. We know because they’re seasoned professionals from communities in the area that you passed up to live at The Village. With our staff on-site and just showing up doing a great job, you can be assured that any maintenance request you submit will be taken care of.
Resident and Guest Parking
- You mean there’s actually enough parking to go around? So bring your friends over or have family visit…they don’t have to pay for parking or worry about finding a space!
Tanning Bed, Spa and Massage Chair
- We have free tanning and an awesome rejuvenation bed! Had a rough night’s sleep? Come down to the clubhouse and get rejuvenated! We also have a massage chair, and a relaxing room for you to recover from a hard day’s work, hard day’s study or just a hard day. You can get free tanning anywhere, but only at The Village do you get all this.
Fitness Room
- Don’t have time to get back to the gym? No worries, we have a fitness center that you can use for a full body work out. We have cardio machines, weight machines and free weights for you diehards.

- Need a break? Come down to our awesome clubhouse and shoot some pool, play some games, or just chill out in our comfy space watching the tube hanging out with friends. It’s also wireless, so bring your laptop and surf.

- 32” flat panel in your apartment not big enough for you? Come down to the clubhouse and watch our 50” High Def plasma screen. Oh, it’s huge and you’ll love channel surfing on it.
Multi-Faceted Computer Center
- Sometimes you just want to pop in and check your e-mail, and other times you want to get a group of folks together for a study marathon. Either way you want to go, The Village has you covered. Stop by our clubhouse and use our Business Center to check e-mail or write that paper you’ve been putting off. Or grab your group and use our private room so you can get away from all the noise and really hammer out some good work. And our entire clubhouse is wireless so bring your laptop and log on. Only The Village gives you space to work how you need to work.
Awesome Pool and Sundeck
- Catch some rays and get a tan in our pool and lounge on our sundeck. Bring a book and make an afternoon of it. We’ll keep the pool open as long as we can and open as early as we can…that’s the beauty of The Village!
Pet Walk
- Have a pet? Need to walk it? The answer is in our name…The Village at Muller Park. Remember, we sit adjacent to an outdoor park with walking trails and lots of open space.
